Snowcaps show these are not small mountains, and am assuming not a small river.  This spot looks pretty good, as he is arriving back at camp. Hydraulica is there.  If she got in before him, or got everything ready is not known.  However the campsite looks inviting, the river looks inviting, the whole scene does.
